At no point during these repairs did our team disconnect or tamper with the coolant hoses or the serpentine belt. 2 Upon hearing about the radiator hose and steering issue, we acted promptly by sending a tow truck to assist. After a thorough inspection, it was determined that the serpentine belt had worn out and came apart, leading to the described issues. This was unrelated to the repairs we initially performed on your vehicle. 3 To address this new issue, we repaired the serpentine belt and provided a complimentary radiator cap. The charge of $367 was solely for addressing these new and unrelated problems. We have comprehensive documentation that verify our actions.
