Clowes and Cowan has helped me with projects since 2006. Gerardo has been a valuable asset when it comes to working out plans every time. Steve and Lucy are always helpful too. In fact everyone there is an expert and truly on top of things. I always recommend them to other businesses as well.

Update from original Post: Clowe and Cowan finally came through with my refund, they wanted to charge me a 200 dollar restocking fee on an $800 pump. But eventually did not charge me. I recommend management review their policies in regards to dealing with customers. Though it took over a month to resolve my issue. I must give them credit with resolving my issue. That is why I upgraded them from 1 to 3 stars. To the new owners of this business, if you want recommendations the store has my contact info. I am an executive level leader that just happens to like and do my own manual labor. Original Post: I know they have good ratings. But right now they are not treating me as a customer properly. I purchased a water pump from them and after 2 weeks of use the pump went out. I returned the pump on their request. They have still not "decided" if they will refund my money. Very poor customer service and I am getting the run around when they sold me a defective pump. I can provide pictures where the pump itself was hitting a wire when spinning, clearly an issue with the pump. I hope to get resolution soon.
