Great place just wish people had more plants outside their homes here its too boring looking and white most of these homes

DO NOT RENT HERE! The apartments are big and spaceous but aside from that I Would not recommened it here! we did 3 lease terms here and we always had restroom issues with the toilet! a pipe of water bursted in my daughters room! maintnance takes forever to fix stuff! my living room would get flooded everytime it would rain and no one repaired it! we had loud noisy neighbours! and on top of all the other issues outside always trash on the prking lots beer cans, condom wrapper and no one will pick it up! Your rent will increase by 300$ everytime you renew! we decided to not continue our contract as were being asked to pay 2k a month not including all the add ons like cable/internet and the water, so we decided to not renew! well the complex got new management team and HE used a card we had on file that was not ours to begin with! HE processed that pyment without our consent! not once did he call us or try to reach us! This apartment complex will do anything to steal your money! Nothing luxorious about coronado villas! If you rent here you will Regret it!

Fawn Shirley is the nicest soul ever. The homes are beautifully kept and the neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous
