Been working with him for years now and any time there's a issue and you call he always busy and can't come to the phone. If you go into the office he's never there. I have been trying to get ahold of him for over a month now and I haven't been able to get in contact with him. This is extremely unprofessional. He gave us false information and now state farm is canceling our insurance.

State Farm Agent Abraham Celaya has no idea how to do his job. He should not be a State Farm Agent in El Mirage AZ. Went to the office in person everything should have been handled but wasnt. I hand him my debit card for auto payment weeks go by saying we havent made a payment and we were and now just found out today he canceled our insurance two months ago without no notice in the mail or a phone call or voicemail. Horrible experience. our family has been with State Farm for over ten years until we moved to Arizona
