Terrace Villa

The management is a joke. I got called an "illegal squatter" because my roommate didn't add me to the lease (which wasn't something I knew until I moved out). My $220 PC monitor got broken and they refused to replace it, and I left some of my things I wasn't allowed to recover that have probably been thrown away since I moved out. Their maintenance guy is rude and cursed me and lied and said my dog bit him and he called Animal Control, so when I came to get the rest of my things - this is after he chased me out 24 hours early and lied and told me the locks would be changed and the lights would be off, and I had no place to go but The Salvation Army - I had to call the police and have them come because I didn't feel safe to retrieve my dogs and the rest of my things. I wouldn't stay in these apartments unless you want to deal with drug dealers living around you and a property manager who doesn't care about anything but making money, an office manager with no tact, and a maintenance guy that's a lazy, disrespectful pot head who doesn't even know how to put a screen door back on and won't ever answer the phone and you have to call his supervisor to get anything done.
