I've had a frustrating experience at a thrift store, where an older gray-haired lady working at the register repeatedly has questioned me about the price of the merchandise I was trying to buy. She ended up trying to charge me more than what was shown on the sticker, claiming that the price was incorrect. As customers, we deserve to be treated with respect, and if the tag price is incorrect, the staff should report it to their supervisor instead of charging us more. Although the rest of the staff is great, I wouldn't recommend this thrift store whenever this particular lady is at the register.

This place is a fraud, you ask for help and just because you don't have documents or not being a citizen, they deny you help. I asked for help because they followed me here in the center and told me that they could keep me in a hotel for 7 days, which they only gave me 4. I thanked them but they took it away saying. That the shelters are full and Mrs. Laura says that priority is given to the people who bring the sponsors, that is, if you donate you are allowed to have your people there and... apart from that they yell at them for doing so well and then nothing, the owners. From the organization people above Mrs. Sonia and Laura check that what the staff does does not help people in need

Not only are some rude but they discriminate and say they full on their shelters when beds are empty. Now they are saying that they will only give shelter to those who never been in a shelter before.
