I'm sorry that you feel that way. However, when you entered our office, the receptionist was gone for her lunch break. The bookkeeper covers for her during that time and instead of waiting for her you walked behind our reception desk to approach her window. Had you waited for just one moment, in our rection area, someone would have come to the reception desk to help you. If you requested a "form" (and to clarify, you were not clear about what type of form you were talking about when asked 2 or 3 times) we can only assume that it would have been a rental application or a list of our rentals , which should have been sent out by the receptionist who is usually very prompt about sending those. After discussing this with the receptionist, she did send out an application but the email bounced back and you did not provide a contact phone number so that she could reach you to get the correct information. We are happy to resend a list or application to you if you will simply clarify what it is that you need.
