        Gardner restored our spa with a new pebble finish. They were knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and courteous. An excellent job, and I can recommend them without hesitation.

        They are not reliable , supposed to be complete July 31 , now Sept ? No date haven't seen workers for weeks .Don't hire , crooks !Pics on Aug. 9th , showed up today Yeha .So owner threatens to sue me because he lied about completion date ? What he doesn't know is that I talked to job coordinator who told me they couldn't complete by July 31st because foreman got sick and they were having trouble with decking contractor ? Decking , serious ? I'm pretty sure your a long way from that.So she says we had to move date until Sept. ( No date ?) .And then owner says they had a Oct. 1st. deadline all along ? And he wants to sue me ? He needs to apologize to members here for lying .So you wanna sue me ? Bring it on !So now I am continuing my review of Gardner pools .In the comments by the owner about my review , he states real completion date was always Oct. 1st. and not July 31st. Today is guess what Oct. 1st .and here's what it looks like today , pretty much the same after 2 months . They did get plumbing installed and worker said that they were calling for an inspection ( that was 3 weeks ago ). Told park they're waiting for inspection .I my career here in SD I had to call county all the time for inspections ( 1 - 2 days max turn around , not 3 weeks ) .So still lying about project and we as members are the one suffering , shame on Thousand Trails for not following up on their B's.Call the county ? It appears they don't care either . New pics are from Oct. 1st.

        Gardner did a great and recommended job resurfacing my pool. But 8 years later they refused to even look at doing a small job to fix a section where some of their grout had worn. They dont want to do the small jobs which back up their work Service: General repairs & maintenance

      Our signed contract with the property owner’s Board states a start date of June 1 and end date of October 1 for this project. We are on schedule as confirmed by the owner’s assigned Property Manager. The property manager is pleased with our progress and workmanship. We've attempted to resolve these defamatory remarks with the reviewer directly, without success. The owner’s Property Management notified us that ownership has also tried to ask him to remove his comments as they are entirely false and constitute harassment, indicating: “I made an attempt to reason with this member [Ron] and there is no reasoning with him”. The property management has further indicated they are upset with Ron’s behavior and completely disagree with all of his false statements. Having been in business for 52 years, our company can acknowledge that individuals are entitled to their opinions. However, the reviewer in this instance is intentionally uttering false misinformation in order to intentionally defame our company. We are asking our General Counsel to immediately issue a ‘cease and desist’ notification. We also expect this reviewer will need to issue a written retraction; or alternatively (and unfortunately) we will be forced to seek compensable reputation damages in a civil lawsuit.

      Hi Richard,Well, we are very happy that we did a great job for you 8 years ago, however, we apologize that we do not have the manpower to perform small repair jobs. We don’t offer that service to neither past clients nor new ones unless they are still under our warranty. We are the largest pool remodeler in Southern California and must direct our resources to full remodel projects just to keep up with our schedule.
