Scott & his staff make all the difference here. When I called recently with a question about my policy, Scott called me back within minutes and asked if I could swing by the office and he and Brian Morgan sat down with me and answered my questions on the same afternoon that I called. And prior to us sitting down, J.P. from the office had also emailed me offering his help. Dedication to their clients is the keyword here! Scott calls to prompt a review of your policies yearly & then sits down with you personally to do just that. With our past insurance agents, we have scarcely even met them let alone sit down with them whenever need be. Everyone else in the office also handles things promptly & professionally. Scott is the best of the best & always looks out for our needs (which is not the case usually with insurance agents)! We have been with Scott for almost 20 years and aren't going anywhere! You cannot go wrong with Scott!
