The lady that works at the front desk is awful. The first time I went there I heard her tell someone I'm sorry you feel that way. I said to myself I hope she never says that to me. She did after a few more visits. She's lazy and not helpful at all. I requested for them to retrieve my records from their storage. She said it could take up to 10 days. About three weeks later I called to see if they had got my records. She snapped at me and said not yet I told you it can take up to 10 days. She just is hasty to snap at people. Another time the nurse called me and told me my blood work was in and I could get my hormone pellets. She transferred me to the receptionist to make the appointment. Therefore I told the receptionist I would like to make an appointment for hormone pellets. She was very nasty and said she would not make me an appointment for hormone pellets because it wasn't in my file. I explained the nurse had just called me because my blood work came back and I was now able to take the pellets. She was so nasty about it. She went and asked the doctor and came back and said, the doctor said he talked to you about hormone pellets don't you remember? Well of course I remember that's why I'm trying to get an appointment for the pellets. It's just a joke going there, they're so unorganized. Just makes me dread going or calling their office. The doctor, Dr Glass could care less as well. The problem continues.

Dr. Glass is wonderful, caring and professional. I am so thankful I was referred to him. His nurse, Luann, is the best! The front staff are helpful and greet you with a smile. Thank you Dr. Glass!

I absolutely hated it. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!Okay girls. Do not ever go to Dr. Glass (gynecology) in Edmund oklahoma. After his refusal to explain a procedure he called me hostile because I asked him why he refused. Awful service. He criticized me for having an allergy. Made it seem like it was my fault (like I wanted to make things more difficult). He made assumptions. I asked for a second opinion and he thought I was just gonna up and move everything to his office a few hours from where I live. He didn't answer any questions without an attitude about it. He shared my medical records with the people who he shouldn't have (talked loud enough in the hall I could hear him 3 rooms down) and he unnecessarily rubbed my leg and refused to leave the room until I smiled.

The best in the area. He is incredible at what he does. If you have any questions, he is able to answer fully with an incredible amount of detail to ease your mind. My appointments are quick and painless. Easy to book with him, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the OKC area.
