I would not recommend this office, i should have listened to the prior reviews when i intended to establish myself as a patient. This is your sign to keep looking for a better doctor.

I've had the displeasure of having to take my grandma to Nasir and on several occasions Nasir has canceled last minute to go on vacation or rescheduled keep in mind they'll throw you a fee if you cancel but that one time she canceled my appointment they charged the family member a cancellation fee even tho it was on her behalf Nasir likes to throw shade at you too God forbid your unvaccinated this women cant fart without a mask on she denied service to my grandma for a while due to her not using experimental COVID Vaccines yet she kept pushing it on us

Family Medical Center has always been extremely attentive and have taken care of my needs as a patient. Highly recommend them. Dr. Nasir and staff are always on point.

Ive been seen at this doctors office three times so far and each time the wait was long, but not like today. I arrived at my apt 15 minuets early, I had been waiting in the lobby and kept seeing other patients getting seen that arrived after me. I went to the front to check on why I had not been called in the 45 minutes total I had been here and it looked like the front desk secretary began to barely write my information on the sheet and take it to the back.. I had been waiting for 30 mins on an apt that would not have happened if I did not go up to ask. They called me to the back within 5 mins of letting them know I was still here. They refunded my copay as they set the apt as an annual after the issue. I went ahead and raised the stars to two after refund. I was hoping this doctors office would be the right fit, but now I am very disappointed. If you do go to this doctor's office make sure to go on a day with plenty of time and nothing to do. I arrived at my apt at 8:30 am, 15 min before my apt time and left the office at 10:53 not having been seen at all by any doctor in that amount of time. I highly recommend looking for another doctor if you do not wish to be forgotten about. Update* I was never given a refund as promised for not getting seen by this doctor at all. I had to go through my bank to file a fraud dispute and have it fixed this way. Save your money and your time. Don't go here.
