We ordered a headstone back in November and gave money up front. We barely received the headstone today 9 months later and it is a beautiful headstone but what a headache it was to get straight answers and get any results for the headstone, we had to constantly be calling them to ask what the hold up was & it was excuse after excuse. We were always told by the end of the week and a week or 2 would go by and nothing was never sent. Come to find out we also got lied too about the permit that was needed for the installation of the headstone. According to Hesbrook they went several times to city hall & could never get any straight answers which that was a lie if they would have gone they would have known right away that information cannot be given to them since they are not the plot owners and NOW we are facing the problem where our headstone will be removed. What a tragic way to honor your loved ones by having all these problems. NOT a single thing went right, bad business ethics!!

I have unfortunately used Hesbrook Monument Co several times, they provide a wonderful service and do an excellent job on the Monuments you order. Friendly service and the owner works with you.
