My only criticism: sometimes you have to remind the property owners you placed a maintenance request order. Not the property managers' fault: There's speedsters (motorcycles and sports cars) traveling up on Sugar Rd. very fast with their incredibly loud engines at night. The good: Pet friendly, washer and dryer in each unit, I believe, and I only saw a roach on 2 separate occasions in the 26 months I lived there. When my wife and I came under uncertain times the property managers were appropriately accommodating and helped us in more ways I felt we deserved. Now that I graduated from UTRGV, we're on to bigger things, hopefully. If we're ever in town again for a year or so they're definitely the first place I'll check up on.

Rockridge apartments are nice if you are looking for a tolerable place or for a college student. It is a quiet environment and it is very affordable. If you do not like noise I suggest you live on the 2nd floor because the noise downstairs is a little loud. There are a couple minor things that were not fixed when I entered the apartment but it did not bother me as much since it was not a huge deal but, they can be fixable. The girl who works in the front, Michelle is very understandable and helpful. The master bedroom is big with a walk in closet and the 2nd bedroom is nice also. overall, the apartment was decent and super close to school and all other actives as well as 107.

I love this place. No chaos, no complaints and absolutely a peaceful place. I have been staying here for exactly two years since I joined UTRGV and this is my last month here in Edinburg. I chose the place as it was very close to the campus, and after all these days I must say I am satisfied with the facilities, quality of housing, and management of Rockridge. I would strongly recommend this apartment, especially to students who are looking for accommodations.
