        Booked through Concur 2 weeks before the pick up date. Got to the location and they didn't have the requested vehicle, a substitute, or a different plan. Left us without a vehicle. Staff complained the reservation system (used numerous times) was the cause of the problem and not their inability to do a job any monkey could do. The reservation was fine. Enterprise was the problem.
