Eden Prairie Heating & Air

Our 17-year old furnace stopped working in late December. I tried fixing it myself through YouTube and HVAC forum research, to no avail. After buying and replacing a part, I finally broke down and called in reinforcement. Tom Schneider has entered the chat. I called him around 6:30 pm on a weeknight, and he was over to our home in Eden Prairie within 25 minutes. After 45 minutes of diagnostics, he had fixed our furnace. A few things I appreciated about Tom: 1) He has a wealth of experience (35 years) working on heating and air. 2) He is local and self-employed, not part of some big national operation. When I called his numer, he picked up (not some dispatcher from a remote location). 3) He is honest and transparent. He did not even remotely hint or suggest that I should replace our furnace, which he could easily have done in light of its age. 4) He talked me through what he was working on and what his solution was. He also told me what could go wrong in the future, for me to be prepared for that. 5) His pricing was reasonable for an emergency call.

Steve, the owner I think was there within the hour of our call and he dis a really nice job for us. No complaints and the price was right.

I called Eden Prairie Heating & Air yesterday during sweltering 98 degree heat and told Tom I would be needing his service. Tom said he would try to get me in late in the day (Saturday), but worst case it would be tomorrow (Sunday!). Tom called me back less than 2 hours later, and said he could come over in 10 minutes! He was VERY prompt and professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend Eden Prairie Heating & Aiir Service: HVAC system maintenance

Would not hesitate to recommend Tom and EP Heating and Air. Call him with some questions about HVAC vents and he came out in 30 minutes, looked at the issues and answered some questions. Didn't even charge me anything for the visit. He will be the only guy I call next time. Service: HVAC duct & vent repair
