        I definitely place my trust in them to do a good job. I had major issues with my other hospital system so I switched. I could not be more thankful that they actually care about you.

        I used to think this was a great hospital last week my husband was hospitalized here for several days. Daily cares not given. Communication to family did not exist, and if you have concerns...better know the right questions to ask. Family told nurses their concerns with patient but it wasn't passed on or put in notes. As I had to tell Dr and they had to reach out to nurse to check, as it wasn't passed on I saw call lights on and some staff on cell phones at nurses station? This didn't just include nurses. Dr's as well! Very unhappy with the way he was taken care of. Staff do NOT seem to care about the patient. Its just a job/paycheck......period!

        Sitting in the lobby for over 2hrs waiting for a room while child suffers pain. Apparently all the patients coming in are more important than a child. Wild to see people coming in and leaving before a single person can help our kid. Never coming to Mayo emergency again. This is ridiculous.
