This man Darin the owner is rude and disrespectful ! Do not use there services! My vehicle was stolen dude gave me 2 different prices than said it was totaled. More damage to the car than what happened in accident ! Wouldnt let my husband ride with them & when asked a simple question pretty much threatened me. When talking to other shops I was told the owner been doing this for years hes grimy hes disrespectful and will over charge you and keep the money for himself. I wish my car was never towed here! Trying to over charge me for 2 days of the vehicle Bering there while they were closed and messaged box is full cant even leave a message. Suffolk police needs to choice someone else as a contact! do not trust your vehicle in this loser shop all he want is money and to retire ! Stay away youll be happy you did !

I met Darin about 4 years ago when my daughter got in an accident. The car was totaled and she needed a new car. I told Darin I was looking to buy a car about 25 miles away from his shop, and he told me he would take a look at it to make sure I was getting a good vehicle. He checked the car out, it looked good, I tried to give him money for his time but he wouldn't accept it. I told him if I ever needed any body work done, I would bring it in to his shop. In February of this year, I had an accident in my truck. I brought my truck to his shop, and after picking it up it looks and drives better than new! He even made a few modifications that came out perfect. Darin and his team did a great job! I recommend East End Collision to anybody who needs work done on their car!

They somehow made my new outback that somebody crashed into the rear look good as new. They are very fast and efficient with their quality work. Don't want to have to get body work again but if I do ill be back haha

These guys did a great job. Had my hood and front bumper repaired. They matched the pearl paint perfectly, and it looks better than ever. Great communication during the process, and very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.
