I just wanted to say in my day with my Daughter we had the best day. It was a tragic time and the staff listened and we had a beautiful time when we picked up out glasses too. They helped me with my 23 year old too just a couple weeks before. Thank you so much .

I will never go here again, I took them my script and when I got them bk man o man when I put them on they were so blurry I couldnt see out them n when i took them bk that red hair lady goin to tell me that I had to pay for them to fix there problem, she was rude i walked out nope ill go bk to Lens Crafts

This place here needs to be shut down. They are awful. I literally had to replace my frame and 3 months later needed another frame. On a fixed income and couldn't afford to pay again so now I'm without glasses. The manager not even willing to try and check to see if I could get a discount or anything. They are awful and I will never visit there establishment again.

St Clair Shores office could not get appt right so I lost trust in them dealing with numbers and cancelled there and called Eastpointe office. Best move I could of made. Got appt the day I called and had the best customer service from making appt to paying. Got referred for cataract surgery so I am waiting to get glasses till after surgery. I will definitely return to Eastpointe office. Doc was awesome too! Totally happy camper!
