This place isn't even worth a star. My boyfriend's son has been going to this learning center for a little over a month now. He was in the one in talladega before school started and we (his mother, his dad, and the mother's boyfriend) never had any issues, but since he has been at the one in Eastaboga he has been hurt 3 times now this time being the worst and none of us got a call. The mother got a picture of his face sent to her asking what had happen. The mother reached out to me to see what had happen since it was our day to take him to daycare. She then sent me the picture of his face cuz he was fine when we dropped him off at daycare. So she reached out to the daycare to find out what had happen to his face. Susan had no clue what happen or what his face looked like due to another mother checked on him that was dropping her child off. Susan wasn't concerned about his face or what had happen. She was more concerned with the high school child that was supposed to be standing out there with the boys cuz she was upset. So when me and his dad got there to pick him up when we got off work she walks him to the door telling us he has a small booboo. He then ask why was wasn't notified on what had happen. She tells him that if it's not a broken bone or medical emergency then they don't contact the parents that they just give us a booboo note. He then ask her why she didn't check on him an she said she didn't feel like she needed to. That if we don't like how she runs her facility then we are more than welcome to take him out of her daycare. We as his parents and bonus parents have to work to provide for him so we have to be able to leave him with a place we can trust and make sure he is well taken care of when we are at work, but this isn't the place to leave your child. We are currently looking for another daycare that will take better care of him while he is away from us all.

This is a very pitiful daycare. I have a family member son that goes to this daycare before and after school. Friday morning kaydenn had an accident where he was running to catch the school bus and accidentally fell on the concrete outside of Susan's place. Susan was aware off the accident, but took now actions towards seeing if he was ok. Luckily another parent was outside and seen it happen and proceeded to attend kaydenn. Although the parent was a nurse it was not her responsibility to attend him. Susan felt no need that she needed to come outside to check on kaydenn. His dad nor his mother had any idea that he fell that morning at all. He suffered a busted lip and road rash on his chin and upper lip along with swelling. Neither parent were notified by the daycare, that's poor business running in my opinion. It took his school teacher to text his mom about his face and take him to his school nurse. His mom spoke to Susan on the matter and she showed no remorse for what had happened as if she did not care what's so ever that it happened. Once again poor business running. Later that day his dad went to go pick his son up and spoke to Susan face to face with she same outcome that Susan gave his mom, also told him that she does not notify anyone of any actions unless it is a hospital matter. The dad was not pleased at all about the situation and told him that he was free to remove his  from the daycare if he would like. So before you choose this daycare I would look at other options because clearly your child's safety and well being is not one of there concerns.

This center willingly allows employees and their children to stay in the facility knowing they have highly contagious Pink Eye, therefore putting the other children and staff at risk.
