        I was a customer in 2011 and the experience was thoughtful, kind and supportive. I have since recommended to the many women I have helped through treatment and all have had excellent experiences. I returned today for the first time in person in 12 years with a friend going into treatment and they are still kind, supportive and have a great selection. Highly recommend.

        Always have a great professional peaceful experience there I have had clients going thru some rough times with hair loss and cancer over there years as a cosmetologist/ hairstylist. Now I work in pharmaceutical and when clients ask where they can go I always recommend this place . Keep up the great services Godspeed

        My mother came in today looking for a wig. Upon entry, she was interrogated about whether or not she was in treatment or starting treatment. My mom replied that shes looking for a wig. Another associate came out and started saying that she cant look without a consultationand when my mom replied that she just wanted to take a look at what they had, the woman smugly said that their lines start at $500. Implying what? For future reference, there are many reasons a woman may need or want a wig. Maybe try not insulting potential customers?

      So sorry we insulted your mother. That was certainly not our intent. We cater to women who are undergoing treatment or have hair loss due to a medical reason. You are right, there are many reasons a woman looks for a wig - want a different color, length, etc. That is not what we do at JFYC, we are here for women who lose their hair due to treatment, experience alopecia, etc.
