I had been looking for someone to come to my home to add a connection for my gas dryer, I found this company and was soo happy with the work they did. I called and left a message, within 10mins i received a call back from the owner Rich himself, he was soo kind and within 30mins i had someone at my home to fix my problem, his name was Cory, very friendly and new exactly what he was doing. The best part was the price, they did not overcharge me like most of these companies. I will definitely be using them again for all my plumbing and heating issues.

I manage multiple locations of a medical practice and I needed a new vendor to come out and assist with some reoccurring issues. Rich L. was on site and gave me his expertise. He was extremely professional and personable. We had an on site emergency and his team was able to come out same day- extremely efficient and awesome, clean work! He was honest and upfront so I understood the scope of work and had realistic expectations (which has been hard to find in previous vendors- personally and professionally), and even took the time to explain everything to me so I could explain it to my team. His teams who came out were thorough and did an awesome job! I definitely recommend Richs plumbing and hvac and I will be using them going forward!
