I went here recently everyone was nothing but rude to me. I thought doctors were supposed to help and care for patients but everyone here is just rude and condescending. Maybe you have to open up your wallet more to be treated well here.

I was seen in the radiology department. I had an awful experience with the Doctor/radiologist ( Dr. Levin) she has absolutely no bedside manner, no empathy, not professional at all and was extremely rude to me. My Doctors office is in the same building Dr. Bhatia she is phenomenal, good bed side manner, kind, and has made me comfortable many times along with Ashley Simoni who is the NP. Theyre thorough and professional on so many levels!! I will be sure to let them know my experience today and to make sure when I have to be seen again(radiology dept). to schedule my appointments when Dr. Levin is not on the schedule. She needs to do better and maybe learn to have some compassion for patients. Absolutely horrendous.
