Bought water heater at Home Depot. The installation service they use wanted to charge $1100 to install and the water heater was only $500! Called a friend who referred JC's. They came right away to give an estimate and showed up at 9 am the next morning to do the install for less than half of the Home Depot rip-off company. Highly recommend JC's. Water was Running like a river from under our house. Down across the yard and out into the Street. This was the last week in December when everybody was freezing, Impossible to get warm. I called JC'S Plumber. He told me he didn't know when he could get out. Already had over 50 calls he was trying to get to. Said he would call me next morning to see if he could help us. He advised me over the Phone  what to do until they could get out to take a look and see what the problem was. That same afternoon his workers were headed back to place of work. Drove up called and said they were going to take a look at the problem if ok. Started working on it immediately. Didn't finish that day. Give me time to draw some water then cut the water off again. Call later said it would be next day in the afternoon before they would be able to complete the job. We couldn't thank them enough for the fast response, and consideration they show for us. Couldn't believe the price. Very reasonable, didn't try to take advantage of our desperate situation.
