        Not sure how they stay in business. Novel and naive clientele? They just spit out contracts and enforce the terms on their clients and subs. Forget actual "project management" or customer service; these guys are the real corporate-wanabee shebang! No responsibility, no liability, what a great business plan (for Steed).

        Subcontractors be warned: Steed uses crafty legal tactics to take advantage of your naivety on their 30-page subcontractor agreement. Owners beware: Steed is extremely good at burning bridges with subs so don't be surprised if they constantly move their schedule forward and pass the costs onto you.
