Pifer Mark A DPM

Well my heel was my problem. I still have sharp pain in my heel. So I pretty sure he will find the problem. He help me before. He is very good at he job. All his worker are very nice.

I was in BMW of Southpoint last night with my child and recognized Dr. Pifer from care my mom needed a year ago. I was astounded and horrified by his tone and demeanor to the female advisor he was being verbally abusive toward. She was explaining to him he never responded to an appointment offer and just showing up wouldn't work. He was rude, belligerent and then gave her and the other workers in front of me and my child the finger, not once...but 5 times. Absolutely despicable conduct. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever to him after seeing him behave so badly toward a much smaller than him, young lady in a very public setting again. He should be very ashamed.

No compassion, bedside manner was atrocious. He mutilated my mother-in-laws (who is pre-diabetic) toenails. Two days later her toes were red and she is experiencing soreness. During the visit Pifier stated that he had been doing this for 40 years after I questioned the outcome of the toenail trim. We will NEVER return to this office, ever!

Dr. Pifer, Stephanie, and Janet are an exceptional team! They truly care about the patient and do whatever they can to make the experience welcoming and seamless. I'm grateful to have found this practice and highly recommend them.
