We visited Jane Hollings for Autism testing. She gave my daughter 2 sessions of testing then gave us the results via email with no recommendations. When replying to her email she never got back to me. Then I called several times left messages (she never returned) and finally spoke to the front desk. After the front desk talked to her she relayed that recommendations don't come with testing. Jane Hollings never spoke to us again even after she said she'd be there to answer any questions/concerns. After giving her testing to the school they denied it because it wasn't detailed enough and only rating scales which couldn't tell them anything. Now we are basically back to where we started before seeing her. What a waste of time!

We worked as a family with Jane Hollings and things started out well for a few visits. We were optimistic that she would be able to help with our issues. But, a few appointments in, when my son tried to schedule another appointment he was promptly told that there were no more times he could meet with her, ever. I wish she could be up front with us and tell us she is not able to help us, rather than making that rude comment to my son. The least she could do is recommend someone else that is more qualified than she is that might be able to help us. I was very disappointed in her lack of professionalism and would not recommend starting with her unless you have "easy" issues. I would give zero stars if possible.

This place helped my life immensely. Dr. Hersh is an absolute treasure and deeply cares for his people. If you need anyone he's the man to see.
