Its 2024; few things are affordable, and hardly ANYTHING is free anymore. I called the folks at colonial tire earlier today when I noticed a screw logged in my front tire. They got me within an hour or so, and had me out in even less time than that. And they didnt charge me for the patch - cant thank them enough, they are a great shop!

I took my Jeep in to have my tires put on that I purchased from another place I turn my Jeep in I've been sitting there all day they got it in the shop last minute I had spiked lug nuts on it they didn't want to change it at first the mechanics didn't anyway I sit there for a little while waiting on at the end of the day when I got it back my rims will heat up scratched attack them a month to get back with me to get my rims fixed I then took it back and they had to take it somewhere else to have my rims fixed when I got my Jeep back my Jeep rims for damn it still has Nick's in it and then they wanted to know any responsibility for any damages on my Jeep there is no way that they could have done that I beg to differ so it looks like I'm going to have to take legal action against them saying how they are not taking responsibility for the damages done to my wheels

I've known Steve, Roy, and Lawrence for years. Not sure why but just never left a review on how great these mechanics are. I'm not a car guy, like I know a little, but not a lot. They always take the time to explain what's happening with my car and what they are gunna do to fix it. They start with the most likely cause and do their best to keep the budget down. I've got mechanics in my family that have told me what it costs to fix "XYZ" with my car and Colonial always came up with a very similar price. I drove a car from 2003 with 250k miles on and these guys helped me with it everytime I needed it. I wish them all the best over there at Colonial Tire.

This used to feel like a trustworthy shop, but the last two visits have been very disappointing. First one: the lining around the front driver's side wheel well was left hanging down and chafing against the wheel, with grime and handprints all over it and the body of the car. When asked about it the technician said they didn't touch that area, which was obviously not true. The fuse box cover under the hood was also missing when we got the car back, when we called them they said they would look for it, but then stopped returning calls about it and never replaced the part that they left off. This last time, brought it in for an inspection and was told that that the power steering pump was bad and it failed inspection because of that. I had gotten the pump replaced at AAA within the last 2 years, so I called them to see if it was under warranty, and when I took it in to that shop they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car, and it passed inspection there. So I was quoted $600-something to replace a part that was not far from new and did not have anything wrong with it. This definitely isn't a shop I'd be comfortable returning to, or recommending to anyone.
