Everyone at the Riverview location is great and so helpful. Mike "Church" is phenomenal when helping with lenses. He listens and helps problem solve. I will forever be a client. Check them out!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful And exasperated by questions.

Great service was offered but unfortunately they are closed now. It was one family business with tradition and really old place, which I think with some renovation could have work but, they decided to close and not previous notice

I have visited Upchurch Optical on North Roxboro Street dozens of times over the past seven years. The office manager is efficient, helpful, professional, and personable. The optometrist is unfailingly kind to all patients, and is especially considerate of young people who have differing mental or physical abilities or who are not yet fluent English speakers. Mike Upchurch and his expert team of opticians are knowledgeable, expeditious, friendly, and generous. There are not enough adjectives in the thesaurus or stars in the sky to adequately describe the superior level of service at Upchurch Optical.
