I have been going to Cornwallis Rd Animal Hospital for 3 years. They are absolutely wonderful. They have always been able to see us for an emergency and have always provided knowledgeable care. Dr. Jeffers is absolutely the best. He is caring, highly skilled, so gentle with my pup and tolerates me because I'm a helicopter dog mom. LOL

We've taken our dogs here for over 10 years. Amy Edwards, our vet, takes her time with Miss Peppers. The front desk team are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean.

My dog and I love the care we are getting. I do suggest, however, that it cut back on the number of appointment reminders once is enough if I reply with a confirmation.

Finding a vet that understands and caters to my anxious dogs needs has been a huge challenge for me previously. Cornwallis Rd Animal Hospital has exceeded all expectations, providing a level of care that has transformed my dog's vet visits from dreaded experiences to comfortable, stress-free outings.
During our first visit, Dr. Tam and his team were understanding of my dog's anxiety and took the time to ensure she felt safe and secure throughout the entire visit. They were patient with my dog, allowing her to acclimate to the environment at her own pace. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided tailored recommendations to address my dog's specific needs. Whether it was adjusting their handling techniques or recommending anxiety-reducing supplements, they went above and beyond to ensure my dog's comfort and well-being.
At the second visit, she only needed one vaccine. The staff greeted us warmly outside at the car, immediately putting my dog at ease. They gave her the vaccine without her even realizing it, and then we were back on the road within 30 seconds.
Thanks to the exceptional care provided by Cornwallis Animal Hospital, my dog's last two visits have been nothing short of amazing. I cannot recommend Cornwallis Animal Hospital highly enough to pet owners seeking a veterinary clinic that truly cares about their furry companions.
