Woodlake Reserve Apartments

I lived here for roughly a year. The tenant above me must have had a leave because eventually my ceiling started to cave and mold began to grow. The management tried to gaslight me, telling that its not mold. I continued to complain because my ceiling continued to cave in multiple places began to grow mold. They sent painters to fix the problem. They proceeded to have me leave my apartment for hours to say that the mold experts were going to come out. No mold experts came out, just the same painters. The said thing was, the older white maintenance msn was in on it too, trying to gaslight me. My mom also lived in this complex and had the issue of mold. The only reason for the extra star is because of Devante the maintenance man, if I had a problem he was on it! People have stolen my packages from the package room and left dog poop in front of my door. Be aware that you WILL get towed if you have expired tabs, even in visitor parking.

Mediocre, dont expect anything amazing. Had a 13 month lease there, upon move-in I was disappointed due to not being able to see my actual unit before move-in day. I was under the impression that I had a fireplace and a bit of a bigger kitchen. Overall though the apartment was clean and UTD. Then came Summertime and the pool, pool area, fire pit and the grills were all broken/closed off . A big part of renting there was for the pool area and were very disappointed when we didnt even get a community email letting residents know about the closing, we had to ask maintenance for some sort of an answer. Also the gym area was frustrating, only one treadmill worked, the water fountain didnt work (finally got this fixed after a year of being there lol) nor did they ever keep up with refilling the cleaning products. Maintenance is alright with responding however my frustration with them and the property manager grew immensely after it took them basically a whole month to replace my bedroom door this was a huge problem for me. I had a male roommate during my time at Woodlake and I had NO bedroom door for a month very awkward and made things uncomfortable. Positives though are that I loved the location, right across the street from walking trails/ a pond area and for the most part overall was a clean complex.

Woodlake reserve has been home for more then 3 years! The staff is great& treat you with respect always! Anytime we have a maintenance issue they come & fix it quickly! I would recommend living here to my friends & family!

It makes me mad to see bad reviews like this. I have lived in this community since 2021. This community has ups and downs just as any community but the reviews listed below, seem to come from immature residents who don't understand how this really works. Yes they tow, as they should, because this community and its residents are assigned parking stickers. So if you don't have one, Then get one. If you have guests, they can park in visitors just like all visitors? The staff at Woodlake Reserve ARE doing their jobs. People complain about not being able to use certain amenities, well thank the idiots that ruined it for everyone else. Who adds charcoal to a gas grill? I have always been treated with respect by all the staff from the manager to the maintenance staff. A lot of these complaints are bogus and downright stupid. I love this community. Don't fall for other people's negative experiences and don't let what other people say deter you from this community. This community is beautiful. The lake at Woodlake is gorgeous. To anyone reading bad reviews about Woodlake Reserve, just remember: THERE IS ALWAYS TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY!!!! No one is out here making life miserable for you! Be positive...stay blessed!
