I have been using this company for over a yr now .And I must say they are the best . I have had times when my equipment stop working and when I call and it's usually after hrs I always get thru to someone. I left my house one night to stay at my daughter's house and my concentrator just stop working . I didn't have my back up tank with me because I wasn't home and within an hr I had another one. They are always very polite I have never had a bad experience with them. You won't go wrong by choosing this company trust me on that.

Since bought out by Adapthealthno, I am being ripped off. I have Medicare and Medicaid with $0 copay / coinsurance and $0 deductible, and have had since Jan. 2022, yet they took money from my account in lieu of filing Medicaid, when confronted by Humana they only refunded a portion of what they stole, 7-2022 thru 10-23 they filed Medicaid as they should, then they lost my Medicaid info and bill me again, they Hound me for my debit card but no way, so they send paper bills and add late fees to payments I do not owe. I have still not been fully compensated for money taken in 2022
