Don't listen to what any of these service representatives say they lie and say they'll waive a late fee then go back on their word. Their workers are extremely unprofessional too.

THE BRANCH MANAGER AT THE DUNNMORE BANK WAS SO DISRESPECTFUL TO ME IM POOR SHE TOOK ALL OF MY SSDI PAYMENT OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION I ASKED HER TO RETURN IT AND SHE SAID I CAN BEG ALL I WANT IM NOT GETTING IT BACK

These people have a license to steal. Plain and simple. If you want a bank that's on your side, use Ally bank. With no overdraft fees for starters.
