Horrible dishonest company. They showed up withOUT the proper moving materials. They were super slow in part due to lack of know how, help, and the fact they refused to bring their semi to our home. The last, the semi, is the most infuriating as the same company but different crew delivered our goods to our home in a SEMI less than 2 years before. As a military employed (not service member) family we have made this move many times. This crew was CLUELESS about military moves. The packed OPEN food with OPEN chemicals in the same box. They packed items that shouldn't have been packed and refused to pack other items we have been allowed to take on previous moves. In addition they took items from our home in like new condition (having been purchased less than 2 years ago) and placed them in their "shuttle van" then ripped them apart literally when loading them onto the semi. We know it was intentional because we found the actual screws in our "parts box" when our goods were delivered. When checking our manifest we found the description next to multiple items says "ripped the hell apart". Unfortunately we didn't sit down and read their manifest line by line. Finding the comments claiming our stuff was in bad condition makes me want to puke. We provided food and drink and treated you like friends in our home. How can your company treat us this way?
