Dental visits create anxiety for me. I feel comfortable at Park Dental. Dr Patterson is friendly, respectful, and thorough. My dental hygienist is the best!

I want to be clear my dentist was nice here, the front office staff is incompetent. I was a long time customer from the Twin Cities, and when Park Dental opened up I transferred to them. I was not happy with the front office. Staff talked to me in a demeaning manner and the person I dealt with could not give me a straight answer. The person when I asked to schedule my next appointment told me, "no we need to clean things up here." When I asked what that was she could not give me a straight answer. Ethically they cannot do that as full disclosure of what I owe needs to be disclosed to me, secondly I asked to talk with a manager and they told me they could not do that. I am an educated person so I went over their head and next thing I had a bill. Need new and better front office staff here.

Very clean and orginized. Dr. Eileen is a very good and experienced dentist and can help almost anybody or can refer them to another place if unable to help.
