Over $9,000 a month in Memory Care! I work in this industry and that is a ridiculous amount. SHOP AROUND.

I was a former employee at diamond willow and I would not recommend having any of your family members live there. That place has so many issues I dont know where to begin. The way they treat staff and residents is absolutely terrible and heart breaking. The only upside about that place is the caring residents and families. Other than that, the management is terrible. This place needs to shut down

I have had nothing but a great experience with the staff and the management change has been wonderful. I would encourage anyone looking for assisted living service to give Diamond Willow in Proctor a serious look.

At the beginning of my employment with Diamond Willow, 6 years ago, it was really a fun and exciting place to work. Everyone got along and everyone helped out when needed. Covid hit and it was crazy, just like every other assisted living facility. Then there was change of management and everything went down hill from there. Problems werent getting resolved, calls and emails to management were going left answered. It became employees running the campus, doing as they will and if staff didnt feel like working, they just wouldnt come in because they knew that they would not get fired. Of course this would leave the houses short, but management didnt care and expected you to work the house either alone or if you were lucky someone would come in to help you. Unfortunately bad management makes for a bad place to work and ultimately failure. The residents are the ones who are suffering when short staffed. I loved working for each and every single resident I worked with and their families. This is so unfair to the residents. They pay good money to be taken care of, not neglected. Then you have someone post a review who works in the corporate office saying they have not had issues with staff, ummm excuse me but you work in the office not on the floor in these houses at Proctor short staffed and being disrespected by the New company owners. Working short staffed and working with staff that literally have had maybe two days training. These are the reasons Proctor has no staff. Oh and of course the pay
