RENTER BEWARE! Xuekai Zheng is the property manager we dealt with. We moved from a home managed by these people, hired cleaners, and carpet cleaners to service the home upon move out. They are withholding a $4000 security deposit illegally. We will be pushing forward through the court system as this is unjust and has been shown to happen to more than just us. I will be sure to inform everyone I know to steer clear of this realty group.

I feel this company is a complete fraud . I'm not sure who the guy Kevin is but I'm pretty sure I waisted my time . Very unprofessional stay away from this agency. I feel sorry for the owners. Kevin Zhang made me feel like a criminal. I have excellent credit, pay, with no evictions. If you experience this with him , please reach out. I'm sure there is something we can do. He says he does this to everyone , however I don't believe that one bit. I don't care how long it takes. He needs to be exposed!
