        Weve had this insurance for 20+ years. During that time Ive had to file homeowners claim and auto insurance claim. Each time it was handled, professionally timely, and to my Satisfaction. All of the people involved were very courteous and anxious to help. I will say this year my premiums have increased significantly however, My rates are still better with Amica. From our standpoint, great customer service, great insurance
