I had someone leave a negative review for this business using my name. I want to be clear when I say that first and foremost it WAS NOT me and I would never do that to a local business. I am the technician I am today because of the quality training I recieved from this business for 13 years.

Was a customer for 5-6 years.Service was great for years, and then the technician that was doing my service quit. New technician took over and at the beginning of the year went a month or two without a service call. Then finally get a call from them and service technician does what needs to be done and was great for a few months. Around June I started having problems again when it come to scheduling to be there the same time they was. Only outside was sprayed, and bait boxes we’re supposed to be checked no inside service was performed, but was still billed the full $50 for the service. August same thing just the outside. September comes and I didn’t receive a call at all, but got the bill in the mail for service that wasn’t paid the times I wasn’t there and he did the outside. So I decided to call a different company. I’m waking around with the new company, and showing him where brown has their bait boxes, and he opens them up and all of them are empty. Messy inside and one looks like it hasn’t left the ground in a while. Took it by there and they defend the guy saying the technician didn’t come out in September because he put in the notes that I was hard to reach. Welp I go looking though my phone records through Verizon incoming and outgoing calls dated August 22 2021 through today October 6 2021 for both phone numbers they have on file and do not see any inbound calls that match the technician number. So I guess as long as you work there and the gps locator says you was there, and you can just say you called the customer and they wouldn’t answer the phone, or as long as you turn in a full service ticket knowing that’s incorrect then your set for a long happy career. Talked to someone who was there I’m not sure if he was management, or what but basically all he told me is the technician said he tried to call and gps showed he was there. If you do decide to go with brown exterminating all I can say is watch the Technician when he is there and make sure he checks and refills the bait boxes, and apparently don’t ask for service on Saturdays when you don’t have work because that must be to much to ask for new technicians.
