EDIT: (From 1 - 4 stars) The owner Adam reached out to me today and was very apologetic. He explained what could have happened to cause all of the issues which sounded like the perfect storm. I appreciate him reaching out and hopefull that the below was an isolated course of events. We used A&B at our last house. They were always great but recently had a new pool installed at our new house and things have appeared to have changed. I had contacted them on Oct 4 to schedule a closing of my pool. They shared that they were booked out until the week of Oct 24th. I stated that I could do Wed-Fri that week because I was out of town through that Tues. They confirmed and even sent me a receipt of my deposit that showed a date of Oct 26 (Wed) for closing. The next thing I know, I receive a text and email on Oct 21 stating that they will be out Oct 25 to close. So I call them and ask them if they can move because I was going to be out of town and couldn't prep anything for them. I even shared that I had made this request etc. The person on the phone made a comment that there's no guarantee and that they wouldn't have promised anything etc. Essentially claiming that I never made the request for a later in the week closing. She then said she would see what can be done. I later get a call, but I was already out of town at this point, that they were able to cancel the appointment and would reschedule it for wed-fri. Wed-Fri came and went....no one ever showed up....not even a call. So I call them today and now I'm waiting to even get scheduled. I offered to go with another company if they are swamped because it seems they cannot keep up. Shouldn't be this hard especially since their receipt already showed an Oct 26 date for my appt.....more importantly, there seems to be a lack of accountability as I was made to feel like I never made them aware of my travel. Great service and friendly staff.

Service was great. The tech was knowledgeable and helpful. It was easy to schedule service and they came out when they said they would.
