*READ* Had the MOST incredible call with Scott Hammond out of the Downey location. Going into this conversation I felt beat down and hopeless, but the moment we got on he was so kind, supportive and caring. He started by saying We can do this, which was already leaps and bounds ahead of anyone else that I spoke to at other companies. There were even moments where he actually made the experience fun. Its been a little while since Ive had to look for insurance in California and I didnt realize how difficult this journey was going to be. But - Scott turned this around! Scott was patient and took his time to make sure that everything was perfect. Grateful is an understatement. If you have a choice, choose Scott. I will be going back to him when its time to renew. Scott if youre reading this, thank you for turning my day around. And if youre not Scott and youre reading this, CALL SCOTT!!
