Calmet Services

Ever since Athens acquired Calmet, Ive noticed improvement in their customer service. Maybe Ive been lucky with the reps Ive talked to, but every time I needed service like bulky item pick up, they were responsive and quite helpful. Havent experienced any issues on my end so far.

The customer service from Griselda was absolutely horrendous. I will be sure to never use this company in the future. I would suggest you look elsewhere for a more reputable company.

Zero stars!! The app made me put 1 star. My building requires dumpsters to be pulled out to the street with small truck. Drivers are lazy, rude and the lack of any english speaking workers doesnt help. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Service: Trash removal & disposal

I see all the negative reviews for this business, so I thought I'd add my positive 2 cents to the mix. I've never had a bad experience with Calmet Services. I often call for a bulk pick up of items. ususally too many boxes from ecommerce shopping. Customer service has always been pleasant and helpful with me. Not sure what happened to the others who posted negative reviews. Maybe they were rude and obnoxious when they called and the customer service rep matched their energy. That's more than likely what happened. The post from Adriana M. was really nasty, calling the reps low class ghetto cholas. WOW. So angry. try to smile and laugh more in your life. IT's good for your soul Adriana.
