I read the only other review and wish that more people would speak up about this "excuse" for a unprofessional, unethical group of losers.They were doing a foreclosed bank owned property on my street.  At first they seemed nice and accommodating .Not the case... I asked them to give me a price on some projects for my house, took time to show them everything and from that point out all I got was excuses, phony reasons and stalls and never once did they do what they said they were going to do. To top it off when I called the office I overheard Sergio telling the receptionist to say he was at lunch - permanently I hope as they give the industry a bad name.Avoid them at all costs!!!!!

This place is a sorry excuse for a business!!!! The contract people to go into foreclosed homes and maintenance them. Once the work is done with before after and during pictures of work being performed and an invoice submitted they make tons of excuses on why they won't pay ie; they didn't receive enough pictures the work doesn't look to be at par how they figure this from a picture is crazy you can clearly see grass real high then grass real short kinda speaks for its self the owners pass the buck to payroll , payroll passes it to the workers the workers say they will check with payroll never a call back never any professional attitude provided Sergio is a snake lying sorry excuse for a business man one word sums him up PATHETIC !!!!!
