Hate to share a poor review, but I am so relieved to finally have phased all of my policies out of this company. After telling me to create my policy and do all updates directly through the insurance company's website, I asked for a cancelation (website said I had to contact my agent for this) and still had to go direct through the insurance company's customer service line to get this simple task done. They were not able to spell my name, address, or policy number. It is irritating that they were even listed as my agent and profiting off my policy and renewals while providing no actual service. They will respond in a timely manner, but triple check your info because they don't care about it! 1 mistake is a typo. 4 rounds of mistakes is complete disregard.

Love the staff here, everyone is pleasant and willing to help. More importantly, I guess is they all know exactly what they are doing. Going with this group is a win-win situation.

I had to write a review for the exceptional service that I receive and continue to receive from a manager at Henry O Baker. I did not choose this insurance group, my account was inherited thru business. I was feeling uneasy there and was just about to move on when Regina Costa Smith stepped in and assisted me. Regina met all of my expectations, every time. I finally feel like I have someone on my side. She made sure I understood my policy, she asked the questions needed that would eventually give us a more costumed policy. Her patience and work ethic made me abandoned my thoughts of moving on to a new insurance group. As a business owner, one less thing to think about. Thank you.
