      image Completely delightful. We were served by one of the two brothers who are also the owners for more than 30 years. The food is prepared and tastes as close to authentic as I remember eating at top tier restaurants in India. The chef has precise control of the American palette's mild, medium, and "regular" hot. There's two other higher notches on the hot scale to choose from in case you are interested. All 4 in our party were impressed how well the chef produced the "temperature" to match the request.
