        The employees must hate their jobs. They have no personality and have no customer service skills. They act like we need them more then they need us. If it were not for customers you have no business. No hello, no thank you, no your welcome. No how are you. Called our local business branch in Washington state. Total night and day difference in help and courtesy. I think the higher ups need more reports of how bad this branch is.

        Branch manager Katrina is extremely disrespectful and unpleasant. You are better off going next door to Wells Fargo what's your business. Stay clear !!!!

        Absolutely awful. Almost seems like these employees thrive in making us miserable with their poor service. 6 people behind the counter. 5 doing nothing but standing there staring at us, one teller going as slow as he possible can, doesnt speak up and cant even hear him. Just terrible service
