I have had the folks from Knine All Systems for our office security system for many many years and more recently at our home and we have been 110% satisfied with their professionalism, technology and personnel. We are currently looking into remote security monitoring on a third location and they have had several suggestions we are studying. Very Satisfied Client

I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone. In my opinion they were less than honest, not very honorable, and committed fraud. In my opinion, as well as others, they did not honor their written contract. The only reason I am giving them one (1) star is so I can post this review. I don't think they deserve the one (1) star. There is not a rating low enough for them. For example, my contract specifies in writing what equipment and software/storage was to be used. After getting an independent inspection done due to difficulties I had with them I was advised that they didn't install some and/or all of the equipment and/or software/storage listed in their written contract for which I was charged and paid for in full. Another example would be that as stated in their written contract I paid them to connect my system to the internet for remote viewing. They agreed to do so as part of their written contract and they were paid in full pursuant to their written contract. I had trouble accessing my system through the internet and requested they fix the problem. Erik Kelerieber told me in writing it was beyond the company's expertise, called in an independent I.T. company to fix the problem, and had the I.T. company bill me even though they were obligated to do so pursuant to their written contract and in fact were already paid in full to do so pursuant to their contract. I was also told by Erik Kelerieber in writing that there "was a problem with my internet". That turned out to not be true. The I.T. company Erik Kelerieber used told me "there was no problem with my internet at all". The installation, in my opinion, was sloppy. For example, among other things, according to the independent inspection I had done, I was told they installed an electrical box upside down. In my opinion they are not detail oriented and sloppy. They also tried to add charges to my credit card above and beyond what was provided for in their written contract for supplies used to install the system that was part of their written contract for which they were paid in full. These are just a few, but not all, of the difficulties I had with Erik Kelerieber. As the inspection of the system will continue I will supplement this review after I get the rest of the results. They are a terrible company. Based upon the information provided to me after an independent inspection of the system they installed, In my opinion they committed fraud. All of my dealings were with, and the job was supervised by Erik Kelerieber. I am giving serious consideration to taking legal action against them as any and all changes were made in violation of their written contract and were done without my knowledge, advice, and/or consent. As a supplement to my review I have now had the rest of the inspection completed by an independent company and they have also now advised me and as suspected, that Knine All Systems Inc. did not install the camera's they were supposed to. The camera's installed are not the one's specified in their contract or for which II paid. In my opinion they are a fraud.
