They denied me a job because my face tatoos! I felt like that was kinda racial profiling to be honest..!

When I first applied with Argus Staffing Atlanta Georgia they were amazing, patient and understanding. When I attended the orientation, my mother 71 and myself 44 (with underlying health issues) throughly explained these conditions and that we could stand for an entire 12 hours, Meredith (Human Resources and On-site manager) and Keith (scheduling and Event Manager) understood all of this. Keith is/was an amazing manager and understanding and was accommodating. The first event which was the sound check for the Def Leopard concert on 6/15/22 was an absolute disaster! Originally we were to work from 6pm-11:30pm the day before we get a text asking could we work from 6a-6p then work the 6p-11:30p the same day, after reaching out I told them that we could not work that many hours but whatever shift if they need this on the most we would be happy to accommodate them they needed us on 615 2022 from 6am-6pm for the dressing room because there was a female artist, well that was not true at all. So arriving to the shift we were posted up by the dressing rooms for motley Crue and Def Leppard and it was warm down there they did not provide any water any ice or anything like that sitting for 12 hours will add reached out to Meredith the manager on site and asked and we you know rotate post with other people so I was headed out into the parking lot sitting in my car security guard and for the parking lot no one ever came and checked on me no one asked if I needed anything in 12 hours we were given one 30 minute break thats all. So today 616 2022 we were scheduled from 1:30 PM to 12:30 AM I reached out to Meredith before hand I was in route to my destination for the job I was 60 miles west of Atlanta in route I reached out and ask what position she had open today all she could offer was outside in the shade standing for 12 hours number one it is 94 outside with a heat index of 100 my mom is 71 years old she could not be bad so Meredith stated thats all I have if youre not gonna come then I need to know now and I think we took her I wasnt gonna come. I write this review due to Argus Staffing went to George at Nut caring about their employees at all OK they left a young boy 19, 20 or 21 out in the parking lot in his car doing security for that parking lot he had no air conditioner in his car and they never want to come and check on him in 12 hours OK that is ridiculous. Also you have to wear all black and it is so hot outside even when youre doing an outside event shorts are not acceptable I do not recommend this company at all the only reason why I gift to stores is because of Keith the Event Manager that was absolutely amazing during this whole thing do not work there.
