My family and I would like to thank Playkids for an amazing customer service experience. I had originally gone with a competitor which provided horrible service and tried to deliver a used playground which they tried to pass off as “custom made.” I wish I would have done my due diligence and found this company first. The outdoor showroom was great and this family run company really knows how to treat customers. Derek and his staff were professional, always available, and went out of their way to ensure that my complete satisfaction was attained. After choosing the set I wanted, Derek gave me multiple variations and setup choices for my backyard to make sure we would maximize the space for my kids. As mentioned, he was always available, day or night, to answer any questions, and it was truly appreciated after the horrible experience with the previous merchant. After the custom build at their location, his installers, Ervis and Lewis, worked tirelessly through the hot day building the playground at my home, briefly pausing throughout to make sure with me of it’s location and showing me the wonderful craftsmanship of the set as they pieced it together. The result was a dream set that my children love!! This family run company is professional and focused on complete customer service. I was extremely fortunate to have found them and my experience with them has been great. These sets also come with a warranty and a maintenance service, so our set will look like
It did on day one for many years to come. Do not hesitate in choosing this company for your playground, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Derek, Ervis, and Lewis for a wonderful experience!! I will surely recommend you guys!

Terrible experience!
Do not buy in this company, horrible service and do not deliver what was promised, nor return the money.
We made the purchase on 10/04/21 at 8:42 am. After waiting for almost 10 days to send the material, on 04/19/21 I contacted the seller who will not be able to supply the product, as he is unable to comply with what he advertises on his website.
We are waiting for days to return our money and the company does not respond, even though we triggered Paypal.
Do not go through the same stress that we are going through, look for serious companies to buy your products.

Highly recommend them. Very responsive, easy to work with, answered all questions, quick turnaround from ordering to installation, and very courteous and accommodating installers and office staff. The product itself looks great and is high quality. One bit of constructive feedback was that they didn't tell me the date of the install, so I am glad that I called the day before and found out they were coming the next day. Again, I highly recommend them.
