        An appointment for the sanitation and smoke test was done and, no one called or showed up. Appointment was from 8-10 am, kept calling the office as to why no one came, reason was they were running late. My response was if I was the first appointment, there would be no excuse that the tech is running late.

        I have been with Truly Nolen for many years and use both their pest control inside and out and termite services. They are very accommodating in both areas especially if there is a problem that needs extra attention or a termite treatment. I highly recommend them. Also Sergio is the very best ever adn knows our home so well when coming out to do an inspection or treatment identifyies the problem and area immediately. The BEST!!!

        i had an appointment between 9 30 to 11 30 in the morning and once it became 11 30. i called the office only to find out that the person was running an additional one hour late which totally screwed up my day and the person never even bothered to have the curtesy to call and let me know that they were not going to be on time
