image It is a by far the best bike rack on the market. Even more important, the customer service is outstanding. Any company can sell you a product, it is how they stand behind it that makes of breaks a company.
We bought the 1UP bike rack from Quietkat. We had a problem with the paint on one of the trays. We tried several times to contact Quietkat, but they were nonresponsive.
I decided to contact the customer service for 1Up and explained what was happening and sent pictures.
They contacted us several times to try and help us out even when we bought it from a 3rd party and it was the responsibility of Quietkat to remedy the problem.
1UP sending us a new tray.
It is a pleasure doing business with a company so focused on customer satisfaction!!

image I got the Rackattach pivot as well as the super duty rack with the fat tire kit for my 75lb ebike & put it to the test last weekend. 450 mile trip from Cape Cod to Easton, MD with plenty of pot holes, turns & short stops. Performed like a champ!
Super easy to use both items. I like that it clears my spare &, when swung out, I can access my back storage area for my helmet & accessories. For the long run I made, I was concerned that the streets cutting thru NYC might be a bit much, so I did strapped it down for that run. I think that was likely overkill.
As you can see, I used some insulation foam for pipe I had to cushion the fender. Kinda of tacky looking but it worked. I'll order the ones they have on the site when I get a chance.
The Rack Attach & the Super Duty Rack are both really well made. Everything is rugged & I'm sure it'll last for many years to come. I don't mind spending more for something when the value is there. This rig is well worth the price!

image I tried to order a Rak Attack swing out hitch, passenger side, large, but they have a software program that checks your e-mail resident address to see if the two match up!!!?? It they don't, you can't order an item! How many people that move notify their e-mail provider that you changed your address? If this company can search out a persons home address by their e-mail address, so can hackers and stalkers! For this reason alone, I am glad my e-mail provider doesn't have my current home address.
I tried to pay with PayPal which I have done with many businesses and I tried with my VISA. This company must be missing out on a lot of business, as I am sure people move and don't notify their e-mail provider each time. This is the first company that requires your "e-mail" match up with your "current address!". There are lots of other swing out hitch attachments and who needs this hassle that no other business requires.

image Extremely good high-quality product. BUT… Customer Service SUCKS!! And I never use that word lightly.
Rude and arrogant on the phone. Huge delay on shipping. If one pays for two day shipping, on a product they confirmed by phone is immediately available, it SHOULD NOT take three days to actually ship it. That is poor poor customer service. Forcing customer to overspend for a service that is not really honored.
1Up… If you can’t provide, change your ridiculous ‘customer direct only’ business model and start wholesaling to other retailers who CAN provide quality customer service.
